Known bugs
Oh, there's plenty. The old Flash easter egg games barely run, though they're getting better. Lots of SWF4-era actionscript in there, and I don't quite remember all the nuances of movieclip paths. Rendering bugs are described on the Rendering page. As soon as this gets accepted as a SourceForge project, I'll start feeding the bug tracker..
On the other hand, it's pretty surprising that it works at all. :)
Missing Features
These are listed roughly in the order I hope to fix them:

Add actionscript extension API
Wide lines aren't rendered
Fills "leak"
Built-in actionscript functions aren't Function objects
Need more support for masks: movie clips as masks, masked buttons, etc.
Missing editable text fields
Add missing SWF 5 action objects (Date, Mouse, etc.)
Add sound support
Add missing SWF 5 action objects (XML, XMLSocket)
All fonts must be defined in the file (can't use _sans, etc.)
Add missing SWF 6 action objects
Add dynamically-loaded actionscript extensions
Add HTML support for text fields
